By ordering from this website: www.noheagallery.com, you acknowledge that the items purchased at Nohea Gallery are being shipped at your request to your correct address. You agree to accept delivery at this address and ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTY AND SHIPPING CHARGES. You acknowledge and agree that shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. You agree that you will not hold NOHEA GALLERY or its employees responsible for the items shipped, their arrival by a certain date, or any breakage that might occur.
In case of breakage in shipping, you should keep all packing materials and contact both shipper and Nohea Gallery. You understand that the merchandise will be insured (charge included in the fee you will pay) if shipped UPS, but that your loss will be limited to the purchase price of the items to be shipped. A packing and handling fee of $5 per box will be added to the shipping cost.
Shipping charges are what UPS charges us and Nohea has only provided an ESTIMATE of the amount it costs to send your package. If the actual UPS charge is more (or less) than the estimate, you hereby authorize Nohea Gallery to charge (or credit) your credit card for that charge.
A receipt will be sent to you at the address you filled out during checkout.
Returns, for exchange or store credit only, must be pre-approved by the office (808) 596-0074. You understand that returned items must be sent in saleable condition within 15 days of receipt, at your own cost, insured. There are no refunds for shipping charges.
